Over the last 14 years as a nurse, I have worked in many specialties including Neonatal and Pediatric ICUs, Mother/Baby, Pediatric ED, and pediatric urgent care. I graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in early 2022.

As both a nurse and a nurse practitioner, I have seen firsthand the challenges that patients face while seeking healthcare. I strive to make it easy for patients to obtain quality care in a laid back, comfortable environment. My goal is to help patients achieve a healthier life by providing services that help the body function more efficiently . My approach to care is patient-centered, meaning that I work with each individual to create a customized treatment plan tailored to their specific needs.

I originally grew up in Mississippi, but my time as a a travel nurse allowed me the opportunity to live in many cities across the US.  My husband, Grant, and I have called Maryland home since 2018. We currently live in Frederick with our 2 family dogs, Heidi and Beau.
